BOOKING INFORMATION
OUR FEES ARE SIMPLE
You have a choice between Bluebonnet Barn and Meadow Barn. Each venue has its own respective ceremony and reception spaces, as well as designated parking. A full-day rental is 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with an option to extend to midnight. All setup and clean-up take place during the rental period. The maximum guest count is 150.
We keep our prices low and pride ourselves on being a naturally beautiful venue that gives you the freedom to personalize the space to best fit your unique vision. Tables, chairs, and linens are not included – there are so many options to choose from and we don’t want to limit your choices! You can rent tables, chairs, and a variety of curated items from us with no delivery fees.
You are allowed to choose your own vendors with no hidden fees – no catering or corking fee, no liability insurance fee, no parking fee, and no security fee.

How Do You Reserve Your Date?
We require a completed online rental agreement, full rental fee, and damage deposit to reserve your date.
We offer payment plans!
The total amount (Rental Fee + Damage Deposit) can be split into 4 payments: First at the time of booking, second at 4 weeks, third at 8 weeks, and the final payment no greater than 12 weeks after the booking date. A $25.00 convenience fee is added per payment for split payments.

Are you looking for a venue that won’t feel overwhelming for your smaller guest count? Our flexible indoor/outdoor spaces work beautifully!
For guest counts of 50 or less, we offer a Six Hour Rental for $1150.
These rates are available Monday through Thursday or on weekends within 8 weeks of your event date. All setup and clean-up take place within the rental period. Contact us for more details and to check availability!
